I attend to specific behavioural changes via self-awareness, self-exploration and self-discovery and empower clients to sustain positive change through shaping new mindsets. I coach mid-level and senior professionals with 5 to 20 years of experience, helping them navigate challenging relationships, manage career shifts, foster self-awareness, and refine their skills for that next level success.

I hold an MBA degree and commenced my career in HR, at one point I managed nationwide sales recruitment for Cisco Systems Pvt Ltd. With an 8-year tenure in HR, I took a break to prioritize caring for my children. Subsequently, fuelled by my passion for studying the human mind and psychology, I became a trained counsellor with formal education in psychology. My counselling experience spanned various formats, including email, chat, telephone, helpline, and face-to-face sessions

Transitioning to becoming a life coach, I enhanced my skills through training, fostering continuous personal growth, and maintaining self-awareness. This journey has shaped me into an individual with clarity, openness, and a non-judgmental perspective, enabling me to comprehend situations and issues with an open mind.
