I hold an engineering qualification and spent nearly 9 years in the IT industry, occupying diverse roles. Driven by a passion for the arts and a yearning for creative expression, I ventured into entrepreneurship for 7 years. During this period, I founded a /ine art consultancy and an online gallery, showcasing Contemporary Indian Art.

Additionally, I co-founded an e-commerce venture featuring curated home decor by renowned Indian designers. My professional journey has spanned diverse fields, demanding continuous reinvention for success. Recognizing the challenges inherent in such transitions, I am committed to aiding individuals navigating similar career shifts.

My goal is to provide support and insights to navigate the complexities of reinvention, unlock untapped potential, and thrive in evolving professional landscapes. This commitment led me to coaching, a path I embarked on in 2021. My coaching approach is client-centred, meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am dedicated to empowering others to navigate transitions with con/idence and achieve their professional aspirations.

I coach mid to senior-level professionals, with 5 to 30 years of experience in diverse industries such as IT, banking, healthcare, gaming, and entrepreneurship. I am passionate about working with founders navigating the challenges inherent in the startup landscape, supporting them in managing both personal and professional hurdles.
