Chandini Atmakur

Trauma healer & EFT Master Practitioner

Chandini Atmakur is a certified trauma healer and EFT Master Practitioner who has been on her own healing journey for over 13 years. Alongside her therapeutic work, she has also spent more than 15 years in high pressure corporate environments. This unique blend of lived experience and professional exposure allows her to deeply understand both emotional struggles and the everyday realities of performance driven workplaces.

Her work is rooted in one simple belief. Healing does not happen through force, fixing or pushing people to change. It happens when people feel safe enough to slow down, listen to themselves and gently reconnect with what they truly feel.

She supports individuals who are dealing with stress, trauma and emotional dysregulation. Many of the people she works with feel overwhelmed, constantly on edge, emotionally exhausted or disconnected from themselves. Some struggle with anxiety, burnout, difficult relationships or long standing emotional patterns that no longer serve them. Others may not have a clear label for what they are experiencing, but know that something inside feels unsettled.

Her approach is deeply compassionate and non judgemental. She creates spaces where people feel seen, heard and respected, without being rushed to explain, justify or perform. She understands how difficult it can be to open up, especially for those who have spent years functioning in high pressure roles or environments where vulnerability was not always welcomed.

She integrates Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), guided meditation, breathwork and inner child healing into her sessions and workshops. These tools are used gently and with care, always adapted to the individual and their nervous system. Her work focuses on helping people regulate their emotions, build safety within their bodies and develop a kinder relationship with themselves.

Breathwork and guided meditation are used to help participants slow down, reconnect with the present moment and gently calm the nervous system. Inner child healing allows people to explore unmet emotional needs, early experiences and patterns that may still be influencing their present day responses. EFT supports emotional processing in a way that feels manageable and grounding.

Her sessions are not about reliving trauma or pushing people to confront experiences before they feel ready. Instead, the focus is on building emotional safety, awareness and self trust. She believes that the body holds wisdom, and that healing unfolds naturally when people are supported to listen to their own signals with patience and care.

What truly shapes her work is her own ongoing personal healing journey. Personally, having dealt with an autoimmune disorder and chronic pain, she does not position herself as someone who has all the answers or has completed the path. She sees herself as a facilitator who continues to learn, reflect and grow alongside the people she works with. This shared humanity creates a sense of authenticity and connection in her sessions and workshops.

Her corporate background allows her to deeply relate to challenges such as chronic stress, perfectionism, constant pressure, emotional suppression and burnout. She understands the internal conflict many professionals experience between wanting to stay strong and needing emotional support.

Above all, she is committed to creating spaces that feel safe, grounded and deeply respectful. Her work gently supports people as they reconnect with themselves, learn to regulate their emotions and build a more compassionate relationship with their inner world.
